Menurutnya, itu tidak lepas dari ketidakjelasan perencanaan pendanaan proyek.
Ia menegaskan pentingnya pendanaan untuk membangun infrastruktur. Menurutnya, urusan funding saling terkait dengan pembiayaan alias financing.

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia -- Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) diproyeksi melemah pada perdagangan Jumat (13/6).
Analis Teknikal MNC Sekuritas Herditya Wicaksana mengatakan IHSG kembali melemah dan masih dipengaruhi oleh tekanan jual.
Menurutnya, dalam skenario optimis, jika IHSG berhasil menembus level 7.240, maka ada peluang indeks akan menguat lagi membentuk gelombang naik dan bergerak menuju kisaran 7.263 hingga 7.355.
"Namun dalam skenario sebaliknya, IHSG masih berpotensi melanjutkan koreksi dan turun ke kisaran 6.713 hingga 7.009," ujar Herditya dalam riset hariannya.
Dengan sentimen tersebut, Herditya memproyeksikan IHSG bergerak di rentang support 7.136, 7.009 dan resistance 7.263, 7.324.
Sementara itu, Analis Binaartha Sekuritas Ivan Rosanova memperkirakan IHSG sedang berada di fase akhir dari koreksi jangka pendek. Lebih tepatnya, indeks sedang menyelesaikan gelombang koreksi kecil dalam gelombang naik.
"Secara keseluruhan, IHSG masih berada dalam tren naik selama tidak jatuh ke bawah level 7.083," ujar Ivan dalam riset hariannya.

According to him, in an optimistic scenario, if IHSG manages to break through the 7,240 level, then there is a chance that the index will strengthen again, forming an upward wave and moving towards the range of 7,263 to 7,355.
"However, in the opposite scenario, IHSG still has the potential to continue the correction and fall to the range of 6,713 to 7,009," said Herditya in his daily research.
With this sentiment, Herditya projects that IHSG will move in the support range of 7,136, 7,009 and resistance of 7,263, 7,324.
Meanwhile, Binaartha Sekuritas Analyst Ivan Rosanova estimates that IHSG is in the final phase of a short-term correction. More precisely, the index is completing a small correction wave within an upward wave.
"Overall, the JCI is still in an upward trend as long as it does not fall below the 7,083 level," Ivan said in his daily research.

Indonesia Kirim Bantuan Ton Beras ke Palestina Akhir Bulan Ini
Jakarta, CNN Indonesia -- Pemerintah Indonesia akan mengirimkan bantuan kemanusiaan sebesar 10 ribu ton beras ke Palestina.
Keputusan ini diambil dalam rapat koordinasi terbatas (rakortas) antara kementerian dan lembaga terkait, sebagai bagian dari upaya merespons krisis kemanusiaan di Gaza.
Pengiriman akan dilakukan menggunakan kapal milik Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI).
Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pangan Zulkifli Hasan atau Zulhas mengatakan pengiriman diupayakan bisa dilakukan dalam waktu dekat, paling lambat akhir bulan ini.
Ia menyebut bantuan tersebut akan diberangkatkan dari Indonesia menuju kawasan sekitar Palestina, seperti Jordan.
"Mudah-mudahan dalam bulan ini sudah bisa berangkat," ujar Zulhas dalam konferensi pers seusai rapat di Kemenko Bidang Pangan, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (12/6).
Adapun beras yang dikirim berasal dari cadangan beras pemerintah (CBP). Kepala Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) Arief Prasetyo Adi menjelaskan Badan Pangan akan menugaskan Perum Bulog untuk menyiapkan pengiriman bantuan tersebut.
Ia menambahkan pendanaan bantuan akan menggunakan anggaran dari Lembaga Dana Kerja Sama Pembangunan Internasional (LDKPI) atau Indonesian AID di bawah koordinasi Kementerian Luar Negeri (Kemenlu).
"Tentunya kita upayakan dalam tiga minggu terakhir ini bisa disiapkan untuk proses loading-nya," kata Arief dalam kesempatan yang sama.
Arief menjelaskan proses pengiriman akan melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk kementerian, lembaga pangan, serta TNI sebagai unsur pelaksana logistik. Pemerintah menargetkan pengiriman berlangsung dalam satu gelombang besar menggunakan jalur laut, agar distribusi dapat dilakukan secara efisien dan tepat sasaran.
إندونيسيا ترسل أطنان من الأرز إلى فلسطين نهاية هذا الشهر

اتُخذ هذا القرار في اجتماع تنسيقي محدود (راكورتاس) بين الوزارات والمؤسسات ذات الصلة، في إطار الجهود المبذولة للاستجابة للأزمة الإنسانية في غزة.
ستُشحن الشحنة باستخدام سفينة مملوكة للجيش الوطني الإندونيسي.
صرح وزير تنسيق الغذاء ذو الكفل حسن، أو زولهاس، بأن الشحنة ستُشحن قريبًا، في موعد أقصاه نهاية هذا الشهر.
وأضاف أن المساعدات ستُرسل من إندونيسيا إلى المناطق المحيطة بفلسطين، مثل الأردن.
وقال زولهاس في مؤتمر صحفي عقب اجتماع في وزارة تنسيق الغذاء بوسط جاكرتا، يوم الخميس (6 ديسمبر): "نأمل أن يتم إرسالها هذا الشهر".
يأتي الأرز المُرسل من احتياطي الأرز الحكومي (الجمارك). أوضح رئيس الوكالة الوطنية للأغذية (باباناس)، عارف براسيتيو آدي، أن الوكالة ستُكلف بيروم بولوغ بتجهيز شحنة المساعدات.
وأضاف أن تمويل المساعدات سيُستخدم في ميزانية صندوق التعاون الإنمائي الدولي (LDKPI) أو الوكالة الإندونيسية للتنمية الدولية (AID) بتنسيق من وزارة الخارجية (Kemenlu).
وقال عارف في المناسبة نفسها: "بالطبع، نسعى للتحضير لعملية التحميل خلال الأسابيع الثلاثة الأخيرة".
وأوضح عارف أن عملية الشحن ستشمل جهات مختلفة، بما في ذلك الوزارات والمؤسسات الغذائية والجيش الوطني الإندونيسي كجهة منفذة للخدمات اللوجستية. وتستهدف الحكومة أن يتم الشحن في دفعة واحدة كبيرة باستخدام الطرق البحرية، لضمان التوزيع بكفاءة وفي الموعد المحدد.
Indonesia Sends Tons of Rice to Palestine at the End of This Month

Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan or Zulhas said that the shipment will be made in the near future, no later than the end of this month.
He said that the aid will be sent from Indonesia to the area around Palestine, such as Jordan.
"Hopefully it can be sent this month," said Zulhas in a press conference after a meeting at the Coordinating Ministry for Food, Central Jakarta, Thursday (12/6).
The rice sent comes from the government's rice reserves (CBP). Head of the National Food Agency (Bapanas) Arief Prasetyo Adi explained that the Food Agency will assign Perum Bulog to prepare the shipment of the aid.
He added that aid funding would use the budget from the International Development Cooperation Fund (LDKPI) or Indonesian AID under the coordination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu).
"Of course, we are trying to prepare the loading process in the last three weeks," said Arief on the same occasion.
